Recommended Wax and Wick for This Mould:

• Recommended Wax: CA60 candle wax or paraffin wax for the best surface finish and performance.
• Recommended Wick: We suggest starting your tests with an LX20 wick. For a larger flame, an LX22 wick is also an excellent option.

Step-by-Step Crafting Guide:

1. Prime the wick: Dip your chosen wick in melted wax and allowing it to cool.
2. Prepare the mould: Thread the wick through the hole at the mould base. Secure it at the top with a wick centering tool and seal the bottom with mould sealer or Prestik to prevent leaks.
3. Melt Your Wax: In a double boiler, melt your paraffin or CA60 candle wax. For a longer-burning candle, optionally add stearic acid to paraffin wax (approx. 10% by weight).
4. Add Colour & Fragrance: If desired, add your candle dye and fragrance oil to the fully melted wax and stir thoroughly until completely incorporated.
5. Pour for a High-Gloss Finish: For the best results and a stunningly glossy surface, pour the wax at a temperature of 90°C.
