This comes to roughly 1 tablespoon per 1kg candle wax. Add the fragrance oil to the melted wax and stir until the fragrance oil is completely incorporated into the melted wax. Keep stirring gently until the wax has cooled down sufficiently to reach pouring temperature.
Troubleshooting
Use our digital spoon scale to convert small amounts from volume to mass and vice versa. This is a handy tool for measuring fragrance oils, dye flakes etc.
What does 3% fragrance oil mean? 3% is the ratio of fragrance oil to candle wax, i.e. 3% fragrance oil to 97% candle wax.
Storage and Safety
Store the fragrance oil in a tightly closed container in a cool, dark place at an ambient temperature of approx 20°C. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, flames and any other sources of ignition.
