Kyoto Cherry fragrance oil captures the essence of the Japanese cherry blossom season, traditionally celebrated every year. This complex fragrance opens with top notes of delicate cherry blossom and a hint of cardamom, creating a seductive introduction. As the fragrance unfolds, it reveals a heart of lush rose and sweet orange blossom, which adds depth and richness, evoking the feeling of walking under cherry trees with petals at your feet. Finally, the fragrance is anchored by warm undertones of creamy vanilla and earthy myrrh, providing a comforting and grounding finish that lingers in the air, making it a truly enchanting sensory experience.
This quality fragrance oil is ideal for making beautifully scented candles, as it is compatible with a variety of wax types, including paraffin wax, IW3F wax, and soy wax.
Dosage:
3 – 6%
How to use
Melt the candle wax, preferably an electric stove over a double boiler. Set aside the melted wax . Use Candle Deli’s digital spoon scale to measure between 3 – 6% fragrance oil. This comes to roughly 1 tablespoon per 1kg candle wax. Add the fragrance oil to the melted wax and stir until the fragrance oil is completely incorporated into the melted wax. Keep stirring gently until the wax has cooled down sufficiently to reach pouring temperature.
Troubleshooting
Use our digital spoon scale to convert small amounts from volume to mass and vice versa. This is a handy tool for measuring fragrance oils, dye flakes etc.
What does 3% fragrance oil mean? 3% is the ratio of fragrance oil to candle wax, i.e. 3% fragrance oil to 97% candle wax.
Storage and Safety
Store the fragrance oil in a tightly closed container in a cool, dark place at an ambient temperature of approx 20°C. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, flames and any other sources of ignition.
